Being a rich source of flavonoids and terpenoids, it also gives your face a soothing sensation. To avail its benefits, you need to soak at least 3-5 chamomile tea bags in boiling water for at least 10 minutes. Remove the bags and then place this herbal tea in the refrigerator to cool down.
